***Announcement***
VVC Carytown will be closed for renovations starting tomorrow until 2026. If you are experiencing an emergency Saturday 3/2 - Monday 3/3 please reach out to their Midlothian Clinic on Hull Street 804-744-9800. Their amazing new facility in Short Pump will be opening 3/4 and all emergencies will be seen there moving forward. Congratulations VVC on your new facility!

We are thrilled for our friends at Virginia Veterinary Centers Richmond for their AMAZING new hospital in ShortPump! 🎉Our Director and their team have literally worked together almost every single day for the past 12 years. They understand the complexities of animal control and try their VERY hardest to save every life they can. We are so lucky to have them on our team. ♥️ Starting Saturday March 1st, VVC Cary Street will close and all patients will be transferred and received at their Midlothian location (12077 Hull Street Rd) through March 4th. On and after March 4th, all our patients will be seen at the Short Pump location (4300 Greybull Dr. Henrico). The Cary Street location will begin renovation and will reopen in a year, and we will resume regular emergency operations in town. In the interim, the longer drive will impact operations and we may need your help. If you are able to provide transport services for safe (and not emergent) pets please join our RACC Transport Team. Thanks to everyone for your flexibility and understanding as we transition for a year!
