We have some wonderful news. Arthur was able to have his staples taken out and he is recovering well. Thank you to everyone that donated towards his vet bills. He still has more visits to go, he will be recovering in his new home. Thank you for adopting and loving him as much as we do.

**Arthur update**

On Monday August 12th Arthur has surgery to repair his broken leg. He is going to be hanging out at his foster home until he is healed up. Thank you to Creature Comforts in Eaton for taking such great care of him. He truly is a special boy.

Everyone we would like you to meet Arthur. He is a very calm, loving boy who came to us from another shelter with a broken leg. We are not sure if he was hit by a car or something else as he was found as a stray. With this type of fracture his vet bills will be extremely high. We are also looking for a foster home for him to relax in while he recovers. He is good with cats and other dogs. He is just a very passive boy that just wants to be loved.

We had the pleasure of grooming Desi today. She's currently available for adoption at 2nd Chance Animal Rescue of Richmond, Inc
She's around 1 1/2 year old. She's a Poodle mix. She's an energetic and very sweet girl. Smart is an understatement! She was absolutely perfect for every part of her spa day! Go meet her and tell her we sent ya!
