It is 4 acres of woods and 1 acre of clearing located near downtown Richmond, Virginia, next to the Cannon Creek Greenway. This area is unique because of the urban setting and it has deer, rabbits & numerous birds living in this riparian wetland area. When we started, this area was used as an illegal dumpong ground. To date, we have recycled 153 tires 39 tons of scrap metal. Additionally, we have

carried 47 tons of trash to the dump. Now, we are working on the invasive plant removal and planting native wildflowers & trees. In the cleared areas, we are planting fruit trees, berries and vegetables while using sustainable gardening methods.
