Cryptorchid surgery performed today!! Difference in size of testicles in a cryptorchid pet. Cryptorchidism can lead to infertility, testicular cancer, and testicular torsion, a painful condition that requires emergency surgery. The only treatment for crytoorchidism is neutering. Most dogs with crytoorchidism can live normal after both testicles are removed.
