These 4 Ready to Ship samples will hit the website Saturday Feb 1st at 10am PST! And the Made to Order version will be available starting at 12pm PST. Please note the Made to Order versions are subject to current turnaround times and are not guaranteed by Valentine's Day

Just a quick reminder to folks that I am a one person operation. Classy Collar Company is not a big company full of people on an assembly line. Everything that you order is custom made by me, by hand, after you place that order(except Ready to Ships, those are already made.). There are not thousands of product options sitting on a shelf in a giant warehouse in every combination of colors and sizes. Ready to Ships are always ready to go and ship within 2-3 business days.

Turnaround times are posted in multiple places on the website - every page in the red banner at the top and the footer. It is also a giant red banner on the Cart page itself. It may take me a day or two to respond to emails. I usually sit and respond late at night before bed or mornings before I go into the shop.

I am working to get a reviews section up on the website to ease the mind of folks that have not ordered before. Would anyone mind writing a review for past orders? I just integrated a reviews app to the website and can send out an email request but I don't want to do that unless you are ok with it!

I appreciate you all, a VAST majority of my customers are just amazing people and this is not intended as an angry post.

I absolutely love creating your custom collars and seeing the incredible color combos and options you guys come up with ❤️
