Yesterday we helped our sweet Mama cross the rainbow bridge after battling a fairly aggressive cancer. She was surrounded by her favorite people with lots of love and snuggles. 🩷
Mama was formerly a feral cat that lived outside this office well before Dr. Gucciardo took over the practice in 2016 (we are estimating that Mama is anywhere from 15 to 20 years old - based on reports from former staff and previous feeders!).
In 2017, she decided she'd had enough of the outside life and walked herself into the office (with a little persuasion of the catnip variety) and never left! She's been our office cat ever since (W***y followed suit about a year later!).
Mama was one of the sweetest cats and always loved a good box, a soft blanket, catnip, getting pets and belly rubs and a snuggle or two.
She will forever be missed 🩷
