Hey everyone I want to start out by saying thank you for supporting me these last 4 years. I have loved getting to meet you and most of all loving on/spoiling your pups. However after a lot of thought right now I have decided it is best to take a step back from grooming and devote my time to my family. That being said I am still willing to do nail trims as that doesn’t take up much time. So don’t be afraid to reach out schedule a nail trim appointment. Again thank you for your support🧡 This is not goodbye forever but goodbye for now.

We would like to welcome the newest addition to the Pumpkins Parlor family. Isaac made his appearance on November 6th and we have been soaking in every minute we can loving on him🩵

❗️IMPORTANT❗️I’ve been meaning to post this for a while now but I’ve been slacking. Although most of you know by now my husband and I are expecting our first child the beginning of November. Here are a few answers to some questions you may have:

• My plan is to continue grooming small dogs until my due date but September will be my last month of grooming any big dogs.

• I do not have a set date for when I am going to return back to work. I am thinking sometime around January/February timeframe but I do not have anything set in stone.

• During my time off I highly recommend finding another groomer but that is completely up to you on what you decide

• When I do return I do not plan on coming back full time. If you find a new groomer and are happy with them please feel free to stay with them. Although I love all my clients and pups I physically will not be able to fit everyone back into my schedule. When I return I will send out a text starting with my regulars that have been here since the beginning and go down the line from there. I will try my hardest to get the majority back in but again I will not be able to fit everyone back in. So please be nice and understanding, because even though I love my job my family comes first and I want to spend as much time as I can with my little boy.

Thank you all so much for all the kind words and excitement you have all had for my husband and I. I’m so thankful that I was blessed with so many supportive people in my life💗 I really appreciate you all understanding and working with me as I begin my transition into motherhood!

Yesterday was Angus’ Lucky unlucky day😂 he was skunked right before he came in for his morning appointment so I broke out my de-skunking arsenal and we got to work. He left smelling so much better with little to no trace of a skunk left!

Later in the day we got to whip up some whitening shampoo and work our magic turning Spencer from a shade of brown to white again🤍

Happy Monday everyone!

I few of you have met him already but two weeks ago I hired a new greeter. His name is Chief and he is a 10 week old Bluetick Coonhound. He is always so excited to meet everyone and will usually come to the door if he hears the doorbell unless he is in the middle of one of his many nap breaks.

This week I had somebody come job shadow me. She was kinda lazy and just slept wherever I was standing. She occasionally thought she was helping by eating the hair off the floor but I had to tell her that’s not healthy and she better stop doing that. She made lots of friends but pumpkin is happy that she is going home tomorrow😂❤️

I’ve posted a lot of the puppies recently so here’s 3 of my senior pups. They aren’t perfect but you have to work at their pace and just do what they let you do. Their bodies hurt and I just want to help them stay the most comfortable that I can!
