The subject line grabbed her attention right away. The content? Short, sharp and powerful💪. But the endlessly looping, hard-to-read gif turned a promising dazzler into a partial dud.

It just goes to show that even a strong message can be undercut by design choices that could benefit from a little refinement. 🔪
