Puppies are 13 days old tomorrow. Eyes are starting to open. They grow so fast!

Puppies are 3 days old and the growing has been on high speed. They usually double their birth weights by the one week mark and I'm guessing most or all of these will achieve that. Here are pics taken today. Females wearing Purple, Yellow, and Teal collars. Males are in Red, Blue, and Orange. Sadly, we lost two puppies Monday night. We were devastated for these puppies. We are extremely attentive and watching pups closely but even though we take all the precautions, sometimes things happen. First time momma, Belle, accidentally lied down on one male and also one female. Belle weighs 65 lbs while puppies are only one lb. It happens frequently in the larger breeds dogs. So devastating.

Just had to share this video with you. We've been taking the puppies outside every day this week because it's been so nice. Well at this age they are little piranhas so we've learned a new purpose for the training box. Aren't they cute? Any of you have a Labs of Cottonhollow puppy? We'd love to have you post a picture in the comments. Please share their name and who their momma is. Also, your location. We love to see pictures of our babies. Our pups go to only wonderful homes.

Puppies, puppies, puppies! Dogs provide pure unconditional love. No matter what is going on in your life, your dog will always love you and want to be with you. We love having visitors come spend time with our puppies. It is good for the puppies and so good for your soul. They got lots of visitors over the Thanksgiving week and weekend.
