In-home pet care has many benefits - for both the pet

For pet owners, the need to transport pets to the kennel is eliminated; professional pet sitting removes any awkwardness in asking friends or family to look after pets; and it gives owners the peace of mind of having a thorough home check while they are away from home. For pets, it allows them to remain in their own secure environments where they can follow familiar eating and exercise routines; it gives pets individualized, loving attention when they cannot be with their owners; it allows pets to avoid exposure to illnesses that can be transmitted at a kennel; and it eliminates the stress of staying at a kennel. We strive to offer quality pet care at reasonable rates. We realize that personalized, in-home pet care is not in everyone's budget. We feel that our rates are competitive and reflect our professionalism and high level of care that our pet sitters give to your pets and home. We realize that you have many choices when it comes to the care of your pet family members. We hope that you will consider our service for a number of reasons:

• Availability, service area, and back-up pet sitters - We are a family business and have caring, responsible, qualified pet care providers who have good availability for pet sitting appointments. If your primary pet sitter is booked up, sick, or out of town, we will provide a back-up sitter to care for your pets; we will never cancel a confirmed pet sitting assignment last minute and leave you in a bind.

• Personalized service -We assign one pet sitter to your household so that you and your pets can establish and maintain a personal relationship with your pet sitter. Exceptions may be made if you require pet sitting 4+ times per day (then we may need to split the pet sitting between two sitters), or if you need pet sitting at a very specific time of day when your primary sitter is unavailable. All pet sitters will give you their home/cell phone numbers so that you may call to check on your pets while you're away.

• Courtesy phone or text message on the first visit of your pet sitting assignment - Your pet sitter will call or text you on the first visit of every pet sitting assignment. This is just a courtesy call or text to let you know that the sitter has started pet sitting and that you can rest assured that your pets are being well cared for. If you would like more phone calls or text from your sitter, just let them know! We can even send pictures! No extra charge! We take Cash, Checks ,

Policies and Important Information

Reservations: Please make sure that you call or text for reservations or cancellations. Home Access: We ask for one (1) copy of your keep for us to keep if possible. Travel Delays: It is rarely a problem for us to continue pet sitting should you be delayed on your trip and not be able to return home as expected. Regular rates for the extra visits will apply. Pet Sitters: Every effort is made to assign one pet sitter to each client's household. However, a back-up sitter will be sent to your home should your sitter be ill, have an emergency, be on vacation, have scheduling problems, or no longer work for the company. The back-up pet sitter will be in touch, if possible, with your regular pet sitter and will have access to all of the client information in your file. Remember: We work for you!. You tell us what you want for your pet. :)
