A friendly reminder. If you are military or first responder, you must show us your ID again. This part did NOT transfer to the new system. Once we have seen your ID we will change your room to a military room. If you have 2 dogs in the same room, the one should say standard room and the other one second dog. You may view your invoice at anytime on the app. Please be aware that it makes your invoice at check in so if you adjust your reservation please do not pay before you come in. Today they are replacing the roof. A little messy out there. Different schedule for the dogs but they are still getting the same time outside. Please make sure in the next few days you are following your pickup/checkout times. This limits the amount of people coming in at once. You might not want to park close to the garage to keep your tires safe. I have tried to keep it nail free.

Now that we have slowed down a little bit since school started. Constitution will start this coming week. We will be getting a new roof and lots of other things. Cat room getting finished. Sorry for our mess and i promise we are trying to get it done as fast as we can. Everything will run as normal. With this being said. Please make sure your dog is on a leash entering and exit building. We will have strange people, different sounds and there are cats everywhere. If you have been here i am sure you noticed. We had a few cats have their litters around the property.

We have a new app for you to make reservation with. You can download it in Apple or Google. In a few weeks this will be the only way to book your appointments. I hope this makes it easier for everyone than trying to keep up the link. Please be patient while we are all learning on the new program and transferring all the information over. If you have any issues or suggestions please just contact us. We are so excited that it is finally here!!!!

Turning off power to the kennel for a few minutes to install the new lights. Computer will be down. Making reservations will be down for a little while they switch out the light.

This afternoon the main computer will be down as we do some moving around in the office. If you try to make a reservation and wont work, wait a hour and try again.

As of right now Jenkins Road has not been plowed. We had the driveway cleared yesterday. I will let you know when I notice the road gets plowed. I will not be able to get the driveway cleared again until after school is finished.
