Due to the weather they are calling for this afternoon, we will be on a different schedule to keep all pets and staff safe. Please remember we will be shutting down the computers again today. This means pet portal will be down until we restart the computers. If you are bringing in a dog this afternoon we will be taking them out of our office hours for everyone’s safety. Please contact us to make an appointment. Stay safe.

Due to the storms coming, we will be shutting off the computer in the office. The time will depend on when the storms come through but will shut off after dinner. Once they are down the Pet Portal (online reservation) will not work until the morning when we turn it back on. The computer will be turned off again during any bad weather that may come through on Wednesday. If you get a error message please just try back a little later. They say the lighting will be bad. We do not have any phone service until they figure out how to fix this mess. We will return all calls when we are able. We are getting text messages and we have internet so pet portal is still working. 😊

In the next week or so our website will going down to get updated. With this update you will NOT be able to use the old reservation request. You will have to use the Pet Portal to make all request. If you have any questions please let us know!

This holiday we are going to do a new routine. We hope this will make things go faster as you check in and out. Please come in first and check in. We can do paperwork, vet records, feeding, medication or payment. After we are done, we will direct you to one of the white gates. This will allow for the next person to come in without waiting for the other person to leave. If you have any questions please let us know. Thank you and can’t wait to see everyone!

After 3 truck loads of gravel we have just a few more wheelbarrows left. Sorry for not having that parking spot open sooner. Now we are on to the next project. The office is going to get repainted in the next few weeks. We will remove the desk for a few days while we complete this. If you come in sorry for the mess we will have. I will try to get it done as fast as we can 🐩🦮🐈

They are working on the AC today. They will have to shut power down for a little. When they do this the computer will be down and the online reservation link. It should not be long but if you have trouble try again in a few hours.

For the next 3 weeks in the morning there will be a bus stop at the house around 7:45am. if you are coming in right before 8 please make sure you double check the drive way. If the weather is raining there might be a car. I have one going to camp.

Thank you for everyone who has been trying our new Pet Portal. I hope you like it as much as we do. There is one issue we are trying to fix. It will say you are missing a bordetella but we have a 1y and 6 month set up. As long as it says you have one that is not red you are ok. We are trying to see how we can fix this. 😺 Also if you have information that needs to be corrected you can email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to change that for you.
