As of right now Jenkins Road has not been plowed. We had the driveway cleared yesterday. I will let you know when I notice the road gets plowed. I will not be able to get the driveway cleared again until after school is finished.

We lost power yesterday and our time keeps getting pushed later for it being restored. Everyone is warm and we have plenty to keep us this way for weeks. We are asking you to be patient with us on phone calls. We are saving our power for emergencies and communication with those families that were not able to get home.

Those who are trying to get to us, our road has not had any work on it yet. Please be patient and stay warm!

Please be cautious driving in Rineyville if you are coming today. There has been a bunch of accidents due to road conditions.

Due to the weather they are calling for this afternoon, we will be on a different schedule to keep all pets and staff safe. Please remember we will be shutting down the computers again today. This means pet portal will be down until we restart the computers. If you are bringing in a dog this afternoon we will be taking them out of our office hours for everyone’s safety. Please contact us to make an appointment. Stay safe.

Due to the storms coming, we will be shutting off the computer in the office. The time will depend on when the storms come through but will shut off after dinner. Once they are down the Pet Portal (online reservation) will not work until the morning when we turn it back on. The computer will be turned off again during any bad weather that may come through on Wednesday. If you get a error message please just try back a little later. They say the lighting will be bad. We do not have any phone service until they figure out how to fix this mess. We will return all calls when we are able. We are getting text messages and we have internet so pet portal is still working. 😊

In the next week or so our website will going down to get updated. With this update you will NOT be able to use the old reservation request. You will have to use the Pet Portal to make all request. If you have any questions please let us know!

This holiday we are going to do a new routine. We hope this will make things go faster as you check in and out. Please come in first and check in. We can do paperwork, vet records, feeding, medication or payment. After we are done, we will direct you to one of the white gates. This will allow for the next person to come in without waiting for the other person to leave. If you have any questions please let us know. Thank you and can’t wait to see everyone!
