We have been melting a bit here at the farm. Make sure you are drinking extra water (avoid sugary drinks!) to stay hydrated. Remember when you are thirsty you are already dehydrated. Horses are enjoying their fans during this heat wave and our indoor is providing us a comfortable ring to ride in. Summer is here! 🥵
