Wilted Microgreen Tortellini Salad
Looking for new ways to add microgreens to your diet?

Wilted microgreens add a totally different flavor then raw, wilting still keeps all the nutritional value.

Ingredients:
4oz Kohlrabi Microgreens
4oz Rambo Radish Microgreens
4oz Freash Tortellini
2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 T Agged Balsamic Vinegar
2oz Cherry Tomatoes 1/2
Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste.

While Tortellini is boiling mix all other ingredients together. Drain Tortellini pour hot into mixture and toss. The hot Tortellini will wilt the microgreens.
