Amenities:
🐎Turn out is included! 12x24 with every stall
🏠 Stalls cleaned AM/PM with additional shavings if needed
🐎Arena 120x60 with observation deck
⭕️ 40’ Round Pen
🛁 2 Grooming/Wash stalls with lighting and rubber pad
🔒Locked Tack Room with ample storage and built in saddle racks.
🚜On-site management with secure fencing and locked gate.
🌅All surrounded by beautiful desert with direct access to trails in McDowell Park

🌾We feed up to 20lbs Alfalfa/ Bermuda hay daily in AM and PM. If your horse requires an all hay diet instead (Cushings, laminitis, etc), then we can accommodate those diets as well. We feed your daily supplements too
