Qyra do Summerwind! First meet, greet and groundwork session for me with her! Great job by Jeff and Michelle to offer her their care, handling and housing with their MM mare Bacara do Summerwind. Qyra - very responsive and a quick learner. She loves people and attention. When Michelle and I were done, she followed Michelle all the way to the gate, a real pocket pony.

Catching up is great fun! Lori doing great with her 2 MMs. In front is "baby" Rhapsody do Summerwind, at 18 months looking beautiful! Behind is North Star do Summerwind, doing so well partnering with Lori in lessons, at the ranch and on the trail. Watch for them at some WE schooling shows in 2025 in AZ!

Our CO horses made it to AZ and the photos and videos look like they are happy and settled in. Back at Out West Stallion Station. Thanks to Elizabeth for her great care and to Adrienne who visits every day. And to Troy and the staff at OWSS. We will be there as soon as we close the ranch here in CO for the winter.

Qupid do Summerwind, getting started under saddle with Elizabeth. He'll get time off this month and start again in 2025 in earnest to prepare for ABCCMM nspection in February. . He looks good to me!

Sunday was hay delivery day! Colorado had a bumper crop this year. You can get a semi loaded with great hay at a good price from Seibel Farms.

Every day is a first for a new baby! This is first lesson learning to lead. We are happy to have Elizabeth Sims, Silver Stables, agree to come train remotely at Adrienne's. Well done on Sunday! Two days later, today was the first farrier visit. Life is a journey.

The team got an A + on their report card from the vet, a week after being released. Kadencia's incision still has an open area - a lot smaller now - so the belly band stays on to keep it clean and protected. Little Steele picking up the pace in eating, growing and running around.
