Another great horse day - this time with Qyra do Summerwind. She has gone farther than we imagined, because she is smart and calm. Four people all tried her out today. The next step is just get on. We start all of the babies with the halter and bareback pad. Still adding things to do - like the poles, tarp etc. She's not scheduled for inspection in February. as she doesn't turn 3 until late April.

Hardly any horse photos from the week - always something else was going on!! I really like having a team of farriers come. The horses are done in no time at all. We are riding our five horses, trying to get out for longer rides, but it hasn't happened yet. And a lot of work too on USMMA projects and events going on now or coming up in January and February.

Breeding season just around the corner! We have 2 new Summerwind stallions joining the lineup in 2025 (following ABCCMM inspection in February). Padawan do Summerwind, bay tobiano, and Qupid do Summerwind, bay. Qupid - frozen semen only to the US and Canada. Padawan, like Jedi, offers cooled semen. If frozen, we can collect to ship here or internationally. These youngsters are going to make their mark!
