Hey everyone! Thank you so much for all of your help finding Kitty Purry a new home! Your shares of her post meant a lot.
We have one more kitty to find a home for this year! Her name is Saylor and she’s a 7 year old spayed female. We’ve only had her for a week and a half but everyone agrees she’s got quite the motor when it comes to her purr! She’s a love bug and always wants to know what’s happening, but sometimes a lot of action may make her nervous. She doesn’t always follow you everywhere but she likes to give little meows to acknowledge when you’re near her. She’s very shy at first but comes out of her shell fairly quickly with some time. She loves to play and zoom across the floor to catch toys! Like Kitty Purry, she also has some urinary issues in terms of a history with crystals. She hasn’t had any issues or missed the box even once in her time with us. She’s on a special diet, Royal Canine Urinary Calm and a spoonful or so of wet food to help add moisture into her diet. She’s also a bit chonky weighing in at 19 pounds, but with exercise and a dedicated owner, she can get to a healthy weight and feel better. While she does head back to Dunn County Humane Society tomorrow, we would love for her to not have to stay there long and get a home of her own! She was previously adopted with Kitty Purry last year and both girls were returned. One other reason why Saylor was returned was that she was not comfortable being in the home, but she has settled in great at the colony! She loves curling up in the cat cubby and laying by her people. While at the colony, Kitty Purry and Saylor did great together with a proper reintroduction.
Now that Kitty has a home, let’s find Saylor one! Even if you personally cannot adopt her, please share this post and let’s find her furever home! 🐈⬛🐈🐱❤️
