👏🏼🏆 HUGE Congratulations to this amazing team and to the most wonderful family for owning this horse. “Hollywood” formerly known as Tapper, was sold to Terry Moore and family last summer. We enjoyed having this talented horse, but it is a wonderful feeling to see how much potential he is living up to and how successful his show career is, already!

How adorable is this little cowgirl? Aubrey is such a doll. We just love her and how she pilots “Sundance” (formerly “Gambino”) around under the expert guidance of her family and coach grandpa Paul.

Everything happens for a reason. We have been hoping to pair this little lady up with one of our horses for quite some time now. This ended up being the perfect time for everything to fall into place, it happened at Southern Belle Classic last month and we couldn’t be any happier for them.

Congratulations to our good friend, Charlie Wiederholt & his MPH Alumni horse, Magnum! We appreciate your years of support and friendship. Proud of this horse/rider combo for all they have accomplished.

𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐖𝐢𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐭

Non Pro Classic finalist Charles Wiederholt first competed in the National Reining Breeders Classic in 1999. In the 25 years since then, he’s made it to the finals more times than he can remember, but before he ever dreamed of making any finals on a reining horse, he made a trip to the National Finals Rodeo.

“Well I won the circuit finals that year, it was between me and my brother,” explained Wiederholt. “I ended up at the National Finals Rodeo from that, then decided to hang my bull rope up.”

Wiederholt ended his bull riding career at 31, after the NFR in December, and by spring of the next year, was already taking reining lessons with NRHA Million Dollar Rider and Owner and Hall of Fame member, Tim McQuay.

“Tim was about 75 miles from me, so I would go down every once in a while to ride,” said Wiederholt. “He would give me stuff to work on and I’d go home and do that, and we did that, it just went from there.”

Weiderholt spent his career running the family business– a restaurant. Outside of that, he’s remained his own groom, c**t starter, and stall cleaner.

“I’ve done it all myself, because that’s kind of what I enjoyed the most,” said Wiederholt. “I like figuring out a horses brain, and figuring out what makes them work.”

Heading into the finals at the NRBC, Wiederholt led the Masters Non Pro. In the finals, he scored an impressive 217.5 which secured him the reserve spot.
