Happy National Receptionist Day!
Jodi plays a crucial role in our practice, and she does an absolutely fantastic job! Her compassion for our clients and their pets is second to none. We would be lost without her and we are truly grateful for all she does! Additionally, we are excited to take this opportunity to introduce Suzanne, our new part time receptionist. Suzanne has been a long time friend and past co-worker of Jodi’s, she is learning the ropes and fitting in perfectly. A big thank you to you both!

When your pet is injured or not feeling well, it can be difficult to determine whether your pet needs emergency care, urgent care, or can wait to see your family veterinarian. To help pet parents feel confident in their decisions, we have adjusted our Fast Track Triage system to better show when to utilize our urgent care facility or our ER.
