LOBBY HOURS REMINDER:
➡️Tues 12/31/24Office Closes at 5pm
➡️Wed 1/1/25 Office Closed all day

All pick ups by 5pm on Tuesday and no drop off or pick ups on Wednesday. We will be working with the dogs and doing play group’s but just for boarding dogs that are already checked in by Tuesday at 5pm.

We noticed there is a low key, small, dog show in Riverside.
If anyone is interested in learning about show dogs this is a good opportunity!
They have a handling class at 9am for you to practice and you can see how the dog show works at 10am.

Please help us welcome 2 new hires to the team. They will both be handling dogs in play groups as Pack Leaders.
➡️ Mackenzie has customer service experience and pet sitting background
➡️ Karla has retail pet store experience and is going to animal behavior college.

We’ve recently rolled out a more formal employee training program and they will be through training before the holidays!

⭐️ Staff Spotlight ⭐️

Audrey started working at Ruff House in 2022, as one of our Pack Leader’s, after previously working at another pet resort.

In her time as a Ruff House employee, Audrey has most enjoyed getting to know and build relationships with her fellow coworkers, and says she also loves watching puppies grow up here.

Her favorite breeds include Beagles, Pugs, Basset Hounds and Huskies! Felix the Beagle, Roo the Bernedoodle, and Blazer the Husky are some of her favorite friends in the play yards 🐾
