Fostered with tons of love and training by Michelle M and her daughter, Zayda got the wonderful start she needed.And look at her NOW…..this big girl is living her best life in Nor Cal with her mom Zoe! He is one of three puppies remaining of the thirteen from the Royal litter, rescued from the Lancaster shelter. Khal has watched his mom and 10 siblings go on to their forever homes and would really love a family of his own too!! He has a low-medium drive and would thrive in an active family environment where he can be both playful and affectionate.Khal is still very much a puppy, but he’s already starting to mature into a well-rounded family companion. He’s crate-trained, potty-trained, and has begun basic obedience and socialization. His playful energy makes him the perfect fit for a family looking for a fun and loving companion.Khal is out of Reign, who we rescued from the Lancaster shelter just before she went into labor. 🐶 Brioche 🐶 endured long term neglect. Malnourishment and lack of treatment for simple to treat ear infection. Ear infections are uncomfortable, itchy and painful. This chronic infection went on far too long, causing inflammation, mineralization and closure of the canals. When she came into the shelter these growths were open and bleeding from her scratching at them. @baloojasfoundation and @deltaforceanimalmission teamed up for a much needed rescue of her and Ciabatta (stay tuned for her update).Both girls were sick and treated for URI’s in addition to pre surgical treatment of their ears.Friday evening, Brioche had her ear ablation surgery!! It was the worst case of neglected ears our vet, Dr. Means, at SoCal Animal Hospital has seen. We are so very thankful to Dr Means and Dana for getting this sweet girl all fixed up!Brioche is home healing and doing well in the loving laps of her amazing fosters Jim & Aleah. Her ear canals are currently open and we are hoping upon recheck that will continue to be the case!
