White Horse Ranch is proud to present "Rubix Cube" Eventing Prospect. Just under 16h and still growing, 2013 bay Anglo-Arabian gelding, Seraphix x Ruby J. Ridden by Holly Bateman in his first show June 4. This is his very first class. USDF Intro Test B. Rubix has only been seriously under saddle for about 4 months (backed when he was 3 and then allowed to mature). He is a LOVELY, ATHLETIC mover, good tempo and balanced, with a fantastic wants-to-please temperament. He is a barn favorite and we want him to go to a home that can help him reach his full potential. Event home preferred. Serious Inquiries Only. PM for more info!

A great time was had by all at the Fire Mountain ride this weekend. Something for everyone! We launched the first Annual Becky Grand Hart Desert Ride Series soon to be followed by the Historic Twenty Mule Team ride offering a 1*2*3* on February 25th. Mae Chase-Dunn got 2nd and BC in the Saturday AERC ride. Bruce and Dana Weary and Holly Bateman strutted in the basecamp PJ fashion parade. A great, well organized event. Thank you valley riders!!!

White Horse Ranch had an excellent day on Sunday at the Bill Thornburgh Friends and Family Endurance Ride. Thanks so much to ride management and volunteers for putting on this event! This is a great ride, management really knows how to put on and encourage a safe, friendly ride environment! It's a flat, fast course with gorgeous high desert scenery (sunrises and sunsets are to die for) but the sand adds an element of difficulty not to be underestimated! If you haven't ridden this ride, we highly recommend it!

Pictured is WHR SX Whisper who was ridden in the 25 mile Limited Distance by Owner/Trainer Carolyn Hock. Whisper came in 4th and earned Best Condition cementing her all-business-pocket-rocket reputation. WHR Limited Edition aka Ted aka Mr. Perfect, ridden by daughter/co-conspirator Mae Chase-Dunn, won the 50 mile division, and also earned Best Condition (not pictured due to me being a terrible photographer ;p). The weather was perfect and we were even treated to the occasional rain drop and a view of lightning striking in the distance. All in all, a great day for White Horse Ranch and all our friends and family!

Many thanks to the ladies who help ride and train these beasties: Alana Hansen, Dani PonyGirl Trynoski, & Holly Bateman. Thanks also to our fearless and endlessly patient crew Chris Chase-dunn and Matt. Thanks as well to Tim Shannon for the winning shoes! Lastly, special thanks to Gayle Anne, owner/trainer at Hawk Shadow Ranch for providing an emergency girth when Ted's proved ill-fitting after 25 miles. It takes a village! Congratulations Jeremy Reynolds and Danire!! White Horse Ranch sold Danire to Reynolds Racing summer of 2015 knowing that with Jeremy he could reach his full potential. A few months later Jeremy and Danire went to the UAE and successfully completed a 160 km race. Back in the US, in June Jeremy and Danire won the Ft Howes, Montana 100 mile selection trial for the next US team to go to the World Endurance Championship. And just a few weeks later this terrific horse and rider team crossed the Tevis finish line in 4th place. Amazing horse and amazing rider!! Carry on Danire and Jeremy!!!!!!
