We are sooooo excited! Jackie and Shadow (the Big Bear Bald Eagles) have two babies and a third egg we are all watching in anticipation!!! I don't think we got any work done today. Anytime the mom and dad moved, we all rushed over to the screen to see the babies!!!! Who else is addicted to this real-life soap opera!?!

Please, please make sure your birds have plenty of water, shade, and ways to escape this heatwave! For outdoor bird aviaries, use misters, overhead water sprinklers and fans!! At the first sign of distress, bring any bird inside to cool off...
And as a reminder, our outdoor aviaries close at 90 degree weather so we can turn on our overhead waters and fans. Praying all ours and your feathered friends stay safe this week!!!

Woohoo!! We are open this week, Tuesday, July 30th, through Saturday, August 3rd, from 9AM to 5 PM then we will be closed for 2 weeks for our annual vacation!! Don't worry, all the birds here will still receive the best care as a few of us are still working!! If you happen to miss us too much, go visit our Anaheim sister store and see where the magic began!! They will still be open to assist you with all things bird related!!!

We have some of the sweetest, cutest , most darling baby cockatiels right now!!! Cuteness overload!!!

Just our sweet Zebra Finches eating somebody else's veggies!!! Wait til the end to see whose veggies they are stealing!!

Playtime for this perfectly proportioned playful parrot, practicing his perching, peering at play toys, and puffing up his plumage! The plethora of playtime while performing playful pranks prompted me to proudly perpetually proclaim "pretty parrot" as he practiced his perfect poses! Haha!!
