Top Dog Pet Spa prioritizes the health and safety of our furry clients. In light of the mystery dog respiratory illness, we are closely monitoring the situation and implementing precautionary measures to ensure a secure environment. The health and safety of your furry friends are our top priority . In response to this concern, we want to assure you that we will be committed to implementing preventive measures to minimize any potential risks.

Suggestions for limiting exposure:

1. We will continue to provide one-on-one grooming services . This approach minimizes dog-to-dog interactions, reducing the risk of respiratory illness transmission.
2. We encourage pet owners to monitor their dogs for any signs of illness and inform us immediately if their pet exhibits symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, or nasal discharge. We WILL have to cancel the appointment and won’t reschedule until after the recommended isolation period and require clearance from your vet.
3. Our grooming professionals will practice stringent hygiene protocols, including regular handwashing and disinfection of grooming tools, to maintain a clean and safe environment for your pets.
4. If you have any concerns or specific requests regarding the grooming process during this time, please feel free to communicate with our team. We are here to ensure the well-being of your beloved pets.
5. We ask to PLEASE be prompt in picking up your pets at the time we have given. Extended stays will be subjected to additional fees!
We are taking this very seriously and will not risk the health of any of our beloved pet friends!!!

Remember, safety is our priority at Too Dog Pet Spa and we appreciate your trust in our services.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide the best care for your pets. In return we ask that you keep us informed so we can limit the exposure to not only our clients but our personal dogs.
