We are still open for kids activities vendors, but limited space remains on the property.

Last night we got the opportunity to thank the linemen in the neighborhood by making up some home cooked food for them. Grilled burgers, hot dogs, sausages and had all the fixins. Neighborhood came together and showed how much we appreciate them. They were so happy to have real food. Crazy how they often get treated poorly by angry people. Best comment I got was "Food was pretty good, but not as good as my wife's" They miss their families. Be nice people!

We are looking for contacts with breweries that would be interested in dishing out samples for an evening event sometime in the next couple months. Would be to benefit a non-profit, Florida Farm Finder, so the beer or wine could be donated and will receive a tax deductible voucher. Would like to have at least 15 local Florida breweries to make this event a blast and would have food trucks as well. If anyone that follows us has contacts with owners, brew masters, or the like that they could put us in contact with, that would be amazing. As always, we like to keep it local to florida or even better central florida. Would be not only good press for the breweries but could also expose them to customers that never knew they existed.

11 years after the introduction of taximeria in California and over 23 million of them being released, the psyllid that carries HLB in citrus has declined by 70%. This is great news for the citrus industry.

We released them on our farm about 4 years ago through a program with the agricultural extension office. I'd highly recommend contacting them and getting on the list. It was free.
