Lesson Horse of the Week!

“Cutter” aka Cutter Butter, Old Man and an assortment of other great nicknames.

Cutter started out his years as a cutting horse. Through those years he then became a trail horse for the late Paul Mc Cune. When Paul passed we were asked if we could take Cutter and another horse so the family knew they were cared for.

After a couple of years of being in the pasture and going on the occasional trail ride we decided to bring Cutter out of semi retirement and see if he could join the lesson horse ranks. Well, we found that he excelled at it. Teaching the littlest riders(tiny tots) how to set on a big horse to world champions prepping for shows doing lunge line lessons.

Saying this horse is worth his weight in Gold is an understatement. He has become the foundation of our program. All who meet him love his kind eye and hanging bottom lip.

WindBlu Locomotion Aka Loco

You couldn’t ask for a better guy. Being a veteran in the Morgan horse show world he has been there and done that. With his big eyes and lovable personality he was a shoe in to become an amazing lesson horse. From taking care of the intermediate riders to stepping up for our show riders this horse will give his all. Morgan Worlds to Academy to Camp to Lesson horse extraordinaire he has everyone’s heart.
