‼️ Updates/Reminders from the ZPS Grooming Salon! ‼️

🛁 At this time, we will no longer be accepting new clients for grooming appointments. You may still add a bath, nail trim or spa day (haircut not included) on when you board your pups, or they come to doggy daycare.

✂️ Our four very talented and hardworking groomers are booked out several weeks. If you are a regular client, please make certain you are rescheduling at your appointment. We highly recommend that everyone books an entire year of grooming appointments, if at all possible. We have had several that have done this and LOVE it! 🤩

🚨 If you are a current client and are calling in to book an appointment with one of our groomers, expect longer wait times to get in.

🧼 If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled grooming appointment, you will be charged a $10 ‘late fee’. Our groomers work on very tight schedules and being timely is crucial for their schedules.

🫧 If you pick up 2 hours or more after reception calls you that your pet is ready, you will also be charged a $10 ‘day stay’ fee.

🐾 If your pet’s coat condition is in rough shape, please expect the cost to be higher due to the time allowed to groom your pet, and/or the amount of product needing to be used on your pet.

⏰ Cancelations less than 24 hours from the day of groom will be charged 50% of the groom price. Our groomers are paid by commission and this allows us to be able to fill that gap in their schedule.

another breed in the books! these two afghan hounds are absolutely gorgeous but a lot of work to keep these coats long and tangle free. luckily their owner takes great care of them at home and they’re now on a 3 week schedule with me🥰 i don’t often get dogs that can keep hair this long, so it was so fun getting to do updos on them ❤️
