Update as of this morning: the kennel is still inaccessible due to the tree down across our road…We do not advise any clients to walk around or under down trees to reach the kennel. Please call the office with any questions or concerns! Thank you all 🐾

Good afternoon everyone! Our phone lines are still down but we are working to resolve all emails and voicemails as quickly as possible.

Also, a tree is down on a powerline all the way across Old Virginia springs road and our facilites are currently not accessible by car. This issue has been reported and we are waiting on AEP to assess this situation. We have worked to notify all drop off and pick ups happening for tonight and tomorrow. If there are any issues please reach out to the kennel, or Ann-Marie and we will be happy to answer any questions or concerns!

Snow update for Wednesday 2/12: We are still checking email and voicemails and are working to resolve those as timely as possible. We will be open as usual tomorrow afternoon from 4-6. We are strongly discouraging all clients from dropping off or picking up in the morning of 2/12…We strongly advise against anyone attempting to drive or walk up the driveway for 2/12 AM as it is dangerously slick from Ice and snow. If this is an issue please feel free to call or email us! We thank everyone for their patience in this matter. Stay safe every one! ❄️⛄️

Driveway conditions have improved slightly. Clients have been able to make it up and park safely…Please use extreme caution when coming to pick up or drop off your pups! Please stay on the sanded areas as the ice is very slick still.
