Do you have big summer plans this season? Are you thinking about finally taking that dream vacation? Have you been on a search for the best kennel Roanoke has to offer? If so, please make sure to call or email us and get those bookings in as quickly as possible as we are first come first serve and spots fill up quickly! We love to see our kennel full of wagging tails and adorable faces. Our guests at Country Air love the frequent play rotations, loving staff and positive, low stress environment that is offered here! Our guests enjoy treat time daily, on us! We provide Blankets, bedding, bowls, treats and all the love your dog requires while you are away. We have a manager and staff located very close to the kennel, who have many years of experience with animal care as well as cameras in the building to observe the pups during downtime. We are welcoming new comers and loyal guests alike. We can’t wait to see you and your pup this summer!!

Good afternoon everybody! Unfortunately our phone lines are currently down and the restoration time is not scheduled until June 1st. The manager will be returning calls on her personal phone until office lines are back in working order. Please feel free to email instead as this will cut down on the phone traffic this week. We appreciate everyone’s patience in this matter! We will update once the issue has been resolved.

Update on conditions: Old Virginia springs and surrounding roads have improved. Our driveway is a little icy, so use extreme caution while driving up for pick ups and drop offs tomorrow!! Thank you everybody!

Update for the snowmageddon part 2. This is the condition of our driveway. There is snow on top of compacted ice. We are not advising any client to attempt to get to the kennel at this time. Old Virginia Springs road is in bad condition and we still have snow falling! Please call or email the kennel for any questions or concerns. Thank you! ❄️☃️

They finally scraped our road along with the surrounding area! Our driveway and parking lot has been plowed as well. Conditions have improved but there are definitely some extremely slick areas so please use extreme caution if dropping off or picking up today. Thank you everyone!
