Marshall (1yr old Bernadoodle)
This timid lil man is Marshall (1 yr old Bernadoodle). He came to learn the basic manners. He was an over enthusiastic puppy with jumping, nipping, barking & no leash walking manners! This boy was a quick study in learning his new boundaries. Although, he was a lil nervous in public, he was able to focus on me and do all the things asked of him! Great job, Marshall! Doug (6.5 month Standard Poodle)
This handsome friend is Doug (6.5 month old Standard Poodle). He came to learn all the basic manners and work on self control. Like many teenagers in this breed, Doug was overly enthusiastic about everything! He had to learn some boundaries about bossy barking and better polite ways to get the things he wanted! Gracie Joy (1yr old Golden Doodle)
This sweet lil lady is Gracie Joy (1 yr old Goldendoodle). She came to learn not only all the basic manners & boundaries but also to practice self control & patience. This lil social butterfly loves to please but had a bad case of wigglebutts when over excited. She had to learn how to wait for all the things she loves! Patience is a hard thing to learn and requires much practice. I’m happy to say that she was an excellent student and learned quickly. Good girl Ms Gracie! Tex (1.5 yr Chihuahua-X)
This sweet man is Tex (1.5yr old chihuahua Mix). This lil boy came to work on his manners and socialization. He was recently was adopted and was still a lil fearful. It was amazing to watch him come out of his shell and grow more confident every day! He was a quick study & loves to please! So proud of you Texy! So happy you found a great home!
Cally (1.5yr old Mini-dachshund)
This tiny lil girl is Cally (1.5yr old Mini-Dachshund). She may be tiny but was very bossy! She also was a notorious dog darter! This lil girl learned a few boundaries while she was here! We also made a few allowances due to her timid personality. She would shut down and rollover if you asked her to sit in public. This was way too much overstimulation for her. Once we understood this, we continued to put her through the paces(minus the sit), she did quite well and even grew more confident! Good girl lil Callys ! Hudson (2yr old Shep-X)
This big guy is Hudson (2yr old Shep-X). This boy was a tough one! He came with a very dominant personality! He would talk back & argue with bossy barking. He was also willful defiant …. He wanted to be in charge! We had to set some firm boundaries and take away his self proclaimed leadership position. He did not want to give it up and was not cooperative the first week. When he finally realized that he gets all the things he wants by just asking nicely, he finally came around. This boy will always need strong leadership due to his strong personality but look how polite he is now! Good boy Hudders! Paisley (2yr Aust Shep)
This sweet lil girl is Paisley (2 yr old Australian Shepherd). This lil girl was very timid and would shut down easily when overstimulated. Her insecurities kept her from being a good listener! Luckily her strengths in attentiveness , loving to please you & amazing multitasking skills helped her to focus on me and built her up her confidence. This lil girl is smart and caught on quickly! I am so proud of her progress! Good job lil Paisley-girl!

Dozer (1yr old French Bulldog)
Meet this smart boy, Dozer (1 yr old French Bulldog). Dozer came to me because he was seriously a bulldozer! His mom is in a wheelchair and he took advantage of the situation. He would pull mom in the wheelchair trying to go where he wanted, he was bossy and aggressive about bullying to get his way. This boy learned some major boundaries and learned how to be patient and ask for things. My sister is awesome at helping me whenever we have clients with disabilities. It isn’t enough that that he will do it for me….. He has to be able to listen to someone in that less dominant sitting position. We practiced both to help him understand our expectations! Thank you Lisa for helping to demonstrate how far this boy has come in our two weeks Bootcamp! Now mom can take him out for potty breaks and walks with confidence!! #mannersmatter #dogtraining
Beaugy (1.5yr old Labrador Retriever)
Meet Beaugy (1.5 yr old Labrador Retriever). This strong boy gets excited when around other dogs and people. He actually pulled his mom down and caused her to get a broken nose in his excitability stage. This boy needed to learn some strong boundaries and self control. We also had to teach mom some leadership skills that would help Beaugy to realize who was in charge. This sweet boy was smart and caught on quickly. We had to practice a lot in these environments so he could fully grasp our expectations in the future! I’m proud to say he did really well and has continued to do well at home with mom! Frannie (1yr Golden Retriever)
This lil rockstar is Frannie, (1yr old Golden Retriever). She is a social butterfly but her lack of boundaries and excitability tended to get her in trouble when she jumped & nibbled in her excitement phase. She had to learn some firm boundaries and practice a lot of self control so she can do proper meet & greets in public. This girl will need reminders with her ADD but she is now able to go and do more with her favorite humans in public! Good girl, lil Franners!!

Pearl (9 month old Mini Aussie/Heeler-X)
This curious girl is Pearl (1.5 yr old Mini Aussie-Heeler-X). She came to work on her leash walking manners among other things. This lil girl would get excitable on leash and pull, bark for attention and needed some socialization skills. We also worked on building her confidence up while in public settings. This sweet girl was smart, attentive, a great multitasker and she loves to please! These great qualities helped her to learn firm boundaries, focus on me, and overcome fears in busy settings. I’m so proud to call her my student! Good good girl, Ms Pearly!

May (1.6yr old Blue Heeler-X)
This timid lil girl is May (1.5yr BlueHeeler-X). She came to learn manners but also to work on her confidence! She is very insecure and would do submissive plops or shut down with overstimulation or “hurt feelings”. She may be super sensitive but also very smart! Once we got her confidence built up, we could see how smart this lil girl was!! So proud of her progress here and at home!! Great job sweet lil MayMay!!
