Debra Morgan is a 4 year old female. She is a Boxer mix. She is 56 lbs. She gets along with other dogs. She was way too interested in the kitty cat. She can live with kids!

** Debra Morgan is in our care in Altoona PA. She is available for adoption. Each animal gets microchipped, spayed/neutered, 4DX tested and vaccinated. The adoption fee covers those costs. Adoption fees are listed on the application. An application must be filled out in order to visit with any dog or cat. They can be found on our website www.centralpahumane.org under the Adopt A Pet tab, then clicking adoption (do not click browse our pets!) or at the shelter. Our animals are posted on Facebook and Petfinder when time permits. A Petfinder inquiry is not an application, and they may not be responded to. We can only accept so many applications for each animal. We do adopt out of state, but we cannot hold the animal. **

🐾 Hi, I’m Rosie! 🐾

I’m 3 months old, and my foster mom says I’m made of sugar, spice, and everything nice! 💕
I love cuddles, belly rubs, and warm blankets — basically anything that makes me feel close to my people.

I get along great with other dogs (they make me brave!) and I’m even living with cats right now — I think they’re funny little creatures who don’t bark enough. 😄

My favorite things in life?
✨ Snuggling until you can’t feel your arm anymore
✨ Following you everywhere
✨ Looking adorable (I’m really good at that one)

** THE BONDED PAIR HAS LEFT THE BUILDING! **

5 days ago we posted a bonded pair of chihuahuas. The post had over 270 comments. We were excited to see the interest these seniors were receiving on social media and thought their stay would be short.

Pouncer and Angel are still here. They’re still in a loud shelter environment. They’re still just hoping their ages (15 and 14) aren’t scaring off adopters. We are not charging an adoption fee for this pair (we will screen applicants though!) We just want them in a warm home together.

He is about 14 weeks old, and just the most loving boy!

He is a lab mix and it seems he could be a big boy. He is working on potty training and does well with kids and other dogs.

🩷 Meet TOTO 🩷

Toto is a small, ten-year-old female mixed breed who was returned to our shelter thru no fault of her own. Toto’s person recently passed away and no one in the family could care for her. 🥺

Toto is such a sweet little girl who gets along with cats and other dogs and does great on a leash! She craves attention and absolutely LOVES being with people. ❤️ However…..

Toto has seizures. She is on medication to help control them but she occasionally still has them. Because of this, she would do best in a calmer home with someone who is home most of the time. Toto is also on a medication for a skin allergy. Her adopter must be able to provide and be sure she gets the medications she needs.

Toto is still mourning the loss of her person and needs a special someone who will love her and take care of her medical needs. Could that person be you?
