This is a super hard post to write…but the word is spreading and I need to be transparent with all of you beautiful Jillians!

My father unexpectedly passed on Christmas Day. My mom has dementia and needs help so we have no other choice but to move back to Pittsburgh. I am devastated over losing my dad, and equally as sad over giving up my dream. But the decision was an easy one as my mom has to rank above the dream.

Our little cafe and food truck are for sale. This most perfect, quaint spot is waiting for someone to come right in to take over…just hoping that the next owner has a heart of gold and loves this community. We will remain open until then. Please continue to support our staff during this time as we are a family and have worked so hard to make Jilly’s such a great spot!!!

And more bad news…after this weekend, our hours will be lunch only as we do not have staff for dinner hours and I do not think it’s fair to hire anyone at this time knowing we have to sell.
