Treat your furry friend to these delicious, homemade Pumpkin Pie Cookies that are both healthy and easy to make! Perfect for the holiday season or as an everyday snack. 🐶

Ingredients:
1 cup grated carrots
½ cup applesauce
1 cup canned pumpkin (100% pumpkin, not spiced)
2 cups rice flour
½ cup oatmeal
¼ cup flour for rolling

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Blend carrots, applesauce, and pumpkin until smooth.
Mix rice flour and oatmeal, then add the wet ingredients to form a dough.
Roll out dough, cut into shapes, and bake for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
Let cool and serve!

Store in an airtight container for up to a week.

UPDATE!!✨

Meet Drake! This little dude and his siblings were found abandoned by one of our volunteers! She took them in and nursed them back to health and now these sweet boys are thriving and are ready for their forever homes. They are 10ish weeks now and Drake is the largest of the litter at 10 lbs! He’s a spunky and playful boy. He’s great with all size dogs, cats and kids. He is utd, dewormed and neutered.

Our adoptions are NOT on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee to apply! We never state any animal is fully House-trained. New environments, situations, families, routines, ect. can lead to accidents even with the most well trained animals.

All dogs have a $175 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter! Puppies will be altered before adoption. All rescues and shelters practice pediatric spay and neuter. This is essential in our rescue efforts and it is a policy that we will stick by. All dogs over 8 weeks and 2 pounds will be altered before adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule on all healthy and adoptable dogs. We have researched and discussed in depth with multiple vets everything on pediatric spay and neuter and from a rescue stand point it must be done. Please do not ask for an extension on spay and neutering, it will NOT be granted on a healthy puppy!

Puppies/Dogs that are not available for adoption due to vetting not being complete can be reserved with an approved application and a non refundable $50 deposit. Deposits can ONLY be submitted once the rescue has been in contact on your approval and it has been requested through Wags and Whiskers. This deposit is applied to your adoption fee and the remaining $125 is due at pick up.

Wags and Whiskers is an all-volunteer rescue. Please allow us time to respond to all inquires and applications! Thank you!
