Copperhead Bloodhounds AKC Registered Purebred Bloodhound Puppies AKC Registered Puppies! Dad, Copper, is a Liver and Tan Saddle back, weighs 118 lbs., and has a lot of muscle mass.

Mom, Minnie, is a Liver and Tan & weighs 85 lbs. We strive to breed healthy, strong, and beautiful puppies! Not to forget, their long, floppy ears and lots of wrinkles to love & cuddle! Bloodhounds are a large breed dog and not necessarily the right breed for everyone. Please research this breed to make certain they are a perfect fit for your family. We aspire for our puppies to go to the best hom

es where it’ll benefit not only the puppies, but the new owners as well. Our puppies will be wormed and up to date on shots when going to their new homes. We require a deposit to hold any puppy and that deposit is nonrefundable. The price of the puppy is not negotiable, so serious inquires only please! We do offer a waiting list for upcoming litters, but a puppy will only be held by putting a deposit on him/her. We at Copperhead Bloodhounds have the right to deny ownership of a puppy. We have the right to choose what age we feel is best for the puppies to go to their new home. This will vary depending on how the litter and each puppy is doing. We do not want them to be weaned or taken from the litter too soon. It's important for the puppies to bond with their mother and litter mates to learn social skills, potting outside, and much more to become the best companion they can be!

Third find of the day was on our way home when we got called for help. A deer shot at 3 this afternoon with almost no blood at all to go off of. But you cannot beat the awesome nose powers of my super cool best buddy NOMAD the hound!

Happy Dog!

Likely the shortest track we'll ever do. I asked the neighbor if he shot anything last night and he said no but his friend did. I told him if they have trouble call me. At about 9 last night they came over to discuss the shot because they had some trouble. It was quartering-to and he thought it was tucked into shoulder well. They found decent blood to begin with and then it dried up to nothing. I thought if it was further back he may have got one lung and liver. So we decided to wait until 7am to track. We found the deer 25 yards past last blood. He did hit it very well for a quartering-to shot. Ruby struggled on the start with a live deer track. I got her back on line and everyone noticed a night and day difference in her speed and demeanor. Once she realized what she had done her tail was wagging like crazy.
