This handsome man is a Great Dane / Bull Mastiff mix

5 yrs old and fixed

He is good with other dogs, cats and older kids , house trained .

He is however blind in one eye and HW+ and will need to get UTD on shots .

I got a message about this sweet boy to see if I knew anyone that could give him a good home as he is currently living on a chain due to some unforeseen circumstances :(

NVC in Groves is having a deal on bloodwork instead of $250 they are doing bloodwork for $55 for dogs 7+

They are also doing it at a discount for younger dogs but I don't remember the price it's a great opportunity to get that done for your pets 😁🐾

Duchess is officially ADOPTED 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 she is still very skittish but her fosters have decided to adopt her always great when they get to stay in a home and not get shuffled around ❤️ her name is now Maggie 💖💖

HUGE thanks to Crossett and Crossett with Hope 4 the Hounds since she is from Port Arthur animal control and we live in Corpus Christi now, they both picked her up from the shelter got her to her vet appointments and her foster and are taking her to her spay appointment this morning 💕 without them, the donations we received and her amazing foster/adopters she would have probably been euthanized , saving dogs is a group effort and I'm so happy the community could come together for Duchess AKA Maggie we hope you have an amazing life sweet girl 🥳💕❤️💖

It's so so great to see a happy dog get out of the shelter ❤️💕 this is why we need fosters this is why we need pledges ! Her spay is on 3/24 , she got all her shots and dewormed today 🥰🎉 Duchess will need a forever home after she is spayed she is HW+ but has been given a proheart 6 injection and is on brevecto 💕 as you can see she is great with other dogs 🐾🐕

Meet Duchess!!!! From Port Arthur animal control we got word this girl has a FOSTER offer AND PLEDGES!!!!! But still hadn't been pulled HOW she is GORGEOUS 🥰 . Soooo I tagged her to get her safe while we work out a more permanent plan :P .....she is currently at Spurlock vet getting a much much needed bath , unfortunately she has tested positive for heartworms :( :( . Huge thanks to Hope 4 the Hounds always helping me with my crazy ideas 🤪 they picked her up and got her to the vet then will be bringing her to foster

🚨CODE RED 🚨these dogs have been at the shelter to long !!!!!!!!! The shelter is FULL and sadly a lot are owner surrenders :( :(
To save these dogs they need either
1. To be adopted
2.pulled by rescue

MOST RESCUES ARE FULL FOR RESCUES TO PULL THEY NEED TWO THINGS !
1. FOSTERS !!!! RESCUES NEED FOSTERS SOOOOO BADLY
2. DONATIONS VETTING DOGS ISN'T CHEAP

Update on Oatmeal not good, he is heartworm positive and has sercoptic mange, no shots given today as he is in bad shape, he has been started on nexguard which he will need every two weeks, medicated shampoo , and doxy as well as started on heart guard he needs to go back in two weeks if anyone wants to help you can PayPal [email protected] note Oatmeal

This is our newest intake we are still "closed " but couldn't let a 13 yr old dog be euthanized at animal control so I drove to Dallas TX yesterday and got her we just made it home tonight. I have a vet appointment set for her she needs shots and X rays if anyone would like to donate and help us help Simi here's how ❤️
