Swagger nailed the obstacles!
Hi there! My names Jenna and I train horses with my husband Lane and our 3 kids. You might think there is no way the kids help, but yes they are great at desensitizing and my daughter cools down the horses for us.
I grew up always having horses. My mom trained horses. I spent all my time with her. She let me start ponies when I was 7 years old. In 8th grade I started my first two year old colt. From there I was addicted. I absolutely love the young horses mind. We could never keep every horse I started, so I learned how to let other people love them so I could get another and start from the beginning again. Seeing others happy with a horse you made is the best feeling in the world!
Fast forward to 2018 when I met Lane. Lane was raising bucking bulls and had a couple horses. He rode bulls in the past and had horses growing up. he purchased a 2 year old in 2019 and started him. Lane has a natural talent with horses. His patience, softness and ability to ride one has turned out some good ones.
We have now started numerous horses together. I never realized how having someone to help you, created a better horse. The horse now gets used to multiple people riding them and handling them instead of one person.
We both have fallen for the draft and draft crosses. Simply for the reason of, they know how to WORK. They are strong and durable. They have Great dispositions and can go in any direction you take them! Lane likes to go cow catching in his free time and the draft cross can pull one on the trailer! We also use them to move logs on our property and for family fun wagon rides!
We have to decided to raise and train draft and draft crosses so other people can enjoy them like we do. We want to stand out from the others. Our top priorities are good horses, honesty and an excellent buying experience. We do not have a ton of them in. We are picky about the ones we do get. I always have an album of every horse we have and every little thing gets posted, good or bad. You wil
