*Announcement, please read*
We just wanted to start by Thanking You all for your continued business, support and referrals!! You guys are all so amazing!
That being said, we are filling up very quickly for the Summer. Currently we are beginning to fill some appointments for the last week of June and starting into July! If you are in need of a Grooming appointment for your pet this summer, please look ahead and call us. Keep in mind we are currently booked way out which is AWESOME but some are getting frustrated that we do not have anything sooner available.
We are doing our best to accommodate and do have a cancellation list. The cancellation list is first come first serve. We go down the list and whoever can make it in, gets the appointment.
Another area we need all of your help with is being sure to have your appointment dates and times written down or in your calendar. Unfortunately we are experiencing some issues with “no shows” and that is not only inconvenient for us, but for you guys also because many of you have been waiting for an appointment and this will only push you further back. We do require a MINIMUM of 24 hour notice to cancel. This gives us time to hopefully fill the spot with someone else in need. Obviously, we understand emergencies pop up and are willing to try our best to work with you, just please call us to let us know.
Again thank you to all of you for all your continued business, we really appreciate ALL of you and your wonderful pets!

We currently have a groomer who is out of commission temporarily at this time. Due to this, we ask that you plan ahead in making your grooming appointment. We have openings sooner for dogs that just require bathing and nail trimming. For grooming appointments, please expect a delay. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for understanding. Our Christmas hours are as follows.
We will be CLOSED Thursday, December 24th.
We will Re-Open on Monday, December 28th.

We will also be CLOSED Friday January 1st, 2021.
We will Re-Open Monday January 4th, 2021.

Our Next Saturday is January 9th 2021.

Good morning!!! It’s official we can start grooming again on Monday May 4th!! We will be doing curbside service. You can call us when you arrive for your appointment, we will get instructions/info from you then we will come to your car to get your pet. When we are finished grooming we will call you and let you know we are done like we normally do then when you arrive to pick up your pet give us a call and we will bring your pet back to your car! We are excited to get back to work and see all of our customers! We are currently scheduling appointments through Facebook messenger and we will be In the shop Monday morning at 8am to take calls!! 🐾🐾

Hello from all of us at the Rochester Grooming Center!! Just wanted to update you on the status of our shop. We are currently still unable to open due to the stay at home order, but we are anxiously awaiting the clear to re-open! Our phone is not currently working and from the sounds of it our answering machine is not taking messages, we are working on this so if you have any questions feel free to message us on our FB page and we will get back to you .
