Boarding dog Kobe went home today we've had Kobe since August 29th 2022. A storm put a tree through their house so we had the pleasure of boarding Kobe here until their house got repaired. While we'll miss Kobe around here, I am sure he will be happy to be back with his family.

A while back I had an opportunity to have my dog Athena star in a movie. That led to myself getting a small part in the film also.
Athena plays the dog in the village, I play the guy who gets dog bit at the border. This is a very powerful film that I was proud to have a part in. All of the time.... Hundreds of hours that Athena and myself have spent training made it possible. I never thought while training that it may land a spot in a movie, you just do it because you love to work with your dog and watch them and yourself grow and become a unified team. But, eventually all the hard work pays off. For us it led to Athena earning her IGP/schutzhund 3, and this movie opportunity. Check it out at the link below, and remember when you wanna skip training, or you get unmotivated. You never know how God will use the skills your building some day. Got quite a bit done in the kennel today. All kennels have been moved out to the new addition. Waiting on a few pieces of flat metal for side walls, replace a couple pieces of OSB where the old guillotine doors were, install a door between addition and existing and run some lights and a plug for the TV out in the addition and were done.
