Just me and my boyfriend 😍. Java the 90lb “lap” dog. Java recently turned ten and I think I’ve been his pet sitter half of those years. I love this guy and I think he’s pretty keen on me 😉

Sometimes pet sitting can be very hard on my emotional health. This little guy was new to me this week. Mom and I were both very aware of his heart condition, but he hadn’t been showing any signs of distress. Until this morning when I had to rush him to the ER. Unfortunately his story is not a happy ending and his mom is devastated, as am I. Fortunately this is not something For Pets Sake sitters encounter often (if at all), but I can say having an LVT care for your pet (especially those with health conditions), is a very smart decision to make. Rest easy little guy 😞😞

This guy says “Have you seriously not booked your pet sitter for July 4?!?” I personally will be away for July 4, but one LVT is available due to a last minute cancellation. Send me a message here, email, or my phone number and I’ll get you connected. Have a happy and safe fourth! Also get the drugs your pet might need for anxiety TODAY!! Please don’t call your vet office acting entitled on Friday or Saturday this week, vet hospitals also need at least 3 business days to fill your meds!
