Update on Lil Munchkin. Very happy puppers when we went and bought toys and good food. The pup is severely underweight and peeing blood. (Most
Likely a UTI, I’ve been through that before) Munchkin will either see a vet today to get shots and address the uti, if I can get an appt, or at least go get shots at the pet store clinic.
No one has claimed the pup yet, and those that have posted pics in comments, it is not their pup.
Karla worked hard feeding Mastiff Man last night.
Mr. Dog, thrilled to see Rocky in the trap with his tail wagging last night. I think this is so freaking cute!
Durand Dog.
A little more info.
Last evening we had Mr. Dog eating from our hands. He was very cautious with tail tucked but lots of warm eye contact and face right into our hands for his chicken. He devoured 2 rotisserie chickens, no bones a small bag of kibble and a dish tub full of water. He was also thrilled to see Rocky Raccoon in his trap. We will post that video a little later, its absolutely adorable.
In the following video you will see him today coming back to the feeding station, early. We were repeating last nights procedure and pretty sure we could have him easily leashed today.
We were unaware that the person who has the other Ms. Dog he was abandoned with was climbing up an embankment towards him causing him to bark and startle. She is to the left in the video but u might not be able to see her, just part of her hood is visible.
Mr. Dog left, the other person left and his mate left.
The person who surprised us was able to lure him to his familiar dog friend and he is now safe.
We are disappointed in how this was handled. Hiding from our cameras, chasing Mr. Dog again and not contacting us to get this dog safe sooner using a bait dog. It is what it is.
Its been a pleasure working on all of our cases. We will fill in more later!
