Unfortunately, it isn't the news we were all praying for. Rosie is no longer with us 🙁 Thank you to the gentleman that saw our flyers and took the time to call Rosie's family with the devastating news.

Rosie was definitely one of those 'once in a lifetime' kind of dogs. I am so very thankful that her family shared her with mine for many years and that you trusted me to groom her as well. One thing is for sure....she absolutely knew how much she was loved.

I finally did "it" and "it" came today in the mail! I have wanted to have a custom blinged out collar made for Rigatoni since the day I met Deb (the breeder), her beautiful poodle puppies, and decided to bring this big ooof home. I wanted to be sure he was done growing before I pulled the trigger!

Well, Ricky turns 3 in a couple of weeks, and what better gift than a gorgeous collar made specially for my handsome boy! I am absolutely in love!

I guess that's the push I needed confirming that I better get my butt in gear and give him his overdue bath so that I can take him out on the town this weekend! I see new toy shopping in our future! Back into the shop I go!

Most of you will remember Olivia.......the dog that I have been helping from a couple of months ago (there are pics of her in the comments to refresh your memory ;)

While trying to nurse Olivia back to health, Krystal's mom became sick.....very sick.

We have had a tough week in the Capostagno house. Dolce fell very ill out of the blue; thankfully he has turned the corner and is MUCH better today! I recorded a quick video explaining what we think happened......you can never be too careful!

Well, I'm a sucker. Everyone meet Chiko.... Unfortunately Chikos family is not able to take care of him for a while (at the very least), possibly for good.

So, needless to say, he is going to be part of mine and Larry's 'crew' for the time being. He is the sweetest little thing but is definitely a bit lost and confused as to where he belongs at the moment and it is gut wrenching.

We are going to do whatever it takes to help this little guy feel loved and safe because my God he deserves it.

He is roughly a year old and has been moved around way too much. He weighs about 4lbs total, if that, and is obviously in desperate need of a good haircut and a bath.....which of course he will get as soon as he settles in a little.

I absolutely hate that joann fabrics is closing.....do you know how excited dogs get when they get to the end of their groom and I grab a bandana? I can't describe it! I will NEVER stop buying fabric for this reason alone....they get soooo excited, soooo proud, and I love that moment more than anyone will ever know ❤️

I hate this part. When the phone rang this morning, I felt my heart fall out of my chest and just knew before I even picked up why her momma was calling.

All dogs are special, but some of them are what I call once in a lifetime dogs; you just have a special bond and you love them like your own.....Thats what Beautiful was to me.

Being given the opportunity to see her one last time meant the world to me. Having to say goodbye is never easy. I am so thankful to have been given the opportunity all these years to care for Beautiful.....and someday, I am sure without a doubt that I will meet her and all the other dogs I have loved when its my time to go. What a welcoming party that will be!

Please say a prayer for her and her family for me.
