Where are our pitbull lovers? Pegasus is a sweet, fun girl looking for her home. She is deaf but that doesn't slow her down one bit! Her foster mom and dad have done a great job showing her the ropes and teaching her signs for some basic commands. She's good with other dogs and would love another friendly dog to romp around with! She gives great kisses and is a champion snuggler when she's ready for a nap. Who is ready to bring this girl into their home?

Love story...
The call came about a tiny kitten. No other cats seen just this little days old kitten.
Finder bottle fed over night and then this kitten came into Camp Companion's care. Three days later a call came that they think they had found the mom. When we arrived to pick up the mom there was in fact two cats in a carrier. Both were settled into a foster home. Suspected mom quickly loved on the kitten. The additional female seemed to comfort the "mom" so she stayed with the pair. Fast forward to 3a.m. and a loud kitten cry. It was apparent that the "mom" was not feeding the kitten. Quickly a bottle was made and entry into the foster room to find the tiny kitten curled up sleeping content. What? Dream? No! within seconds the sound of a kitten. Down to search and there under the vanity cat number two is now Mom 2! This mom gave birth to five kittens. Within days the lone kitten had been moved from the nesting box to join the litter of five. These two moms are co parenting all kittens.

Zella is a sweet, affectionate girl who loves to cuddle and adores people of all ages. She’s crate trained, house-trained, and has excellent indoor manners, making her a great companion for relaxed, home-centered days. While she enjoys playtime outside, Zella shines as an indoor dog and would thrive with a patient, dedicated owner who can help her feel secure. She prefers to be the only pet and would do best in a calm home, ideally with a fenced yard where she can play safely.

Say hello to Sara, the sweetest little calico mama who’s ready to retire from mom duties and be the center of attention! She raised her four kittens like a champ (yes, on a garage shelf!), but now she’s looking for a cozy lap to call her own.

Sara is a talker—though her “meow” is more of an adorable chirp. She’s got plenty to say and will happily chat with you all day long! This girl is a professional cuddler, always ready to curl up and purr her heart out.

Sneak peek at Karmas 9 puppies. They are 4 weeks old today and getting raised in a loving foster home. They eat alot, poop alot and make lots of messes. But aren't they cute. We still need puppy formula, puppy food and paper towels, laundry soap would help also.

While she loves playdates with doggy pals outside, at home, she prefers to be the queen of her castle—no canine competition allowed. Roo needs some wheels!

Yes. Roo has no front legs! Roo is in need of assistance to acquire custom-made wheels or a slider. If anyone has connections to a prosthetics lab capable of crafting and donating something unique for his mobility, your help would be greatly appreciated. Donations for Roo are also welcome. Suggestions are welcome; please contact [email protected]. Born without front legs, Roo manages to get around, albeit slowly and with frequent rests. His wish is to move fast fast fast. At one year old, Roo is extraordinary, having survived on the streets of Mexico where his prospects for a better life and rescue were bleak. Fortunately, Camp Companion's fosters, who champion the underdogs, welcomed him into their homes. His foster parent adores Roo and often cares for handicapped dogs. Roo is remarkable; he walks upright like a human and, to move quicker outdoors, he slides his cheek along the ground. During his visit to KM Regional Vet Hospital today, Roo charmed everyone. While he is not available for adoption at the moment, applications for his adoption may considered.

Pegasus has a lot of energy! She would do well in an active home. Though she likes to be active, she enjoys other enrichment activities as well. Some fun ways she enjoys burning off that energy are with puzzle toys. Looking for an incredibly smart and energetic dog, Pegasus is your girl!
