Chip’s Story – A Dog Caught in the Middle Chip was a family dog, full of energy and love. But in a home with a child, his high energy made it an unsafe fit. His family made the heartbreaking decision to surrender him, hoping he’d find a better match. With no place to go, Chip was scheduled for euthanasia. Not because he was aggressive. Not because he was dangerous. Just because there wasn’t a home for him. Then, at the last moment, one woman stepped up and saved his life. Now, Chip is adjusting. He’s happy, gentle, crate-trained, and loves his people. He’s met new dogs and is still figuring things out, but he just needs time, patience, and someone to guide him.
