👉🏻 Fosters Needed - 4.5 week old Chocolate Lab Puppies (mama AND dad are choc labs and available also and need fosters too)
👉🏻 3-4 weeks until ready for adoption
There’s 10 of them and they’ve torn mama up with some punctures that aren’t healing up bc if their constant hunger. We normally try as hard as we can to keep mama nursing them as long as possible and wait on weaning, but she’s in rough shape and needs to heal. They ARE eating moistened puppy kibble, but need to be fed every 4 hours for 3 more weeks.

With 10 puppies, we really want to place them in groups or 2 or 3 or 4, vs individually. They’ll keep each other company and help development in their pen, too. 😊 If you’d be considering adopting one of these choc labs when they reach 8 weeks, taking a couple for a few weeks would also allow you to get to know them by personality vs just looks, which is a much better way to choose a companion! There will be high demand for this litter and fosters will get first dibs and choice on adoption!

(and one of our dogs Clifford who's not feeling well and has been not able to keep weight on is going through testing but needs a QUIETER FOSTER with a separate area for him away from other animals bc he's not his usual great self with other dogs right now, as we get to the bottom of what's wrong with him)

✨ EBONY the young mama who lost all her pups in a disaster but who is great with people, dogs, cats, kids, and is a small ~40ish labby mix
✨ CLIFFORD - last pic - as stated above, he's started to lose weight and has not been able to put any back on with our help, so he's undergoing testing, but it may explain why he's not his usual great temperament with other dogs lately - all medical expenses of course covered as well as food, etc, but it would be great if we could get him into a quietr foster home with less dogs and a place he can be separate from them as we figure this out

🙏🥰 𝐅𝐎𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐃𝐄𝐃 - new surrenders & relief for fosters not available anymore! 𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐏 𝐔𝐒 𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐏 𝐃𝐎𝐆𝐒!
👀 Litter of (8) smaller breed mix adorable bicolor puppies who have a week or two to go before ready for adoption; mom is just 2️⃣5️⃣ lbs and needs placement too (separate is fine at this point) We'd love to split these guys into 4-4 or 3-3-2 for this last week or two. These guys are small and fostering for a few weeks might help someone pick out a small mix breed puppy whose personality suits them to adopt, too! First pick! 😍 Or just help out!
👀 (6) 10-wk medium mix puppies who will be listed for adoption immediately; fosters of 2-3 each would REALLY help us give them a place to land, as well as get good pictures and descriptions on them to help them find the best homes!
👀 Dalmation mix young adult male
👀 Zeus our smaller ~30 # blind senior REALLY needs a more quiet home without rambunctious dogs to chill at, SOS!
👀 Momo & Lala (gorgeous female Husky-ish mixes) are almost a year old, fully vetted and can go to fosters separately, but would love a foster home with friendly dog(s) and space to run and play a bit; really sweet dogs! Both are in currently overtaxed fosters and need new placement.
👀 Ruby, the GSD mama to the recent Ruby's litter, is a really nice young adult German Shepherd who's a nice dog and has been good with all of the dogs she's encountered in her foster's, but the fosterhas had other commitments come up; she loves the snow and would love a yard to play in but really any safe spot for her would be great for now while we work to find her a forever home.

🐾 Help us find an adopter or even a quieter foster for this sweet older, blind gentleman who just wants a quieter home, some sun to bathe in, and a human to snuggle with! 🥰His current foster with younger playful in-his-face dogs and kids is a bit too much for this handsome guy as he adjusts to changes in his life when all he wants to do is enjoy his retirement years. Other dogs can be okay as he's lived with dogs and cats before successfully, but they need to be the type to just let Zeus be and relax in peace and quiet. And he's smaller, too at around 30 lbs - see the pics and video in his listing!

✨ Cute petite young medium mix with ears for days LULU BELLE, gets along with other dogs but owners can't care for 3 dogs anymore.

Actually, CHARLOTTE loves every day and every person - she's adorable and a calm , super nice puppy and is waiting for someone to come meet her and take her to her forever home. 4 months old and she'll be definitely well under 25 when full-grown! 🖤🤍🖤 SOPHIA is a strikingly beautiful girl with a stunning mostly black silky smooth coat that sparkles just as bright as her deep brown eyes. With her big ole blocky head and strong body, Sophia is a real dog's dog! She is solid and stout on the outside, with a mushy heart of gold on the inside. She's just a year old and fully vetted - about 65 lbs. She loves cats, but not other dogs!

Athletic with a lovable spirit, Sophia is remarkably easy-going and has a calming presence that surrounds her. She’s an active girl with a really nice chill button. She prefers running free in a yard or hikes in the woods with a long line over leashed walks around the neighborhood.

Watching Sophia let loose in a yard is a thing of beauty; freedom and contentment for a dog at its finest! Once her daily adventure is complete, she’s happy to snooze the rest of the day away and follow her family around the house! 🐾𝙈𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝘼𝙡𝙥𝙝𝙞𝙚!🐾

This action packed, incredibly brilliant black lab mix is ready and waiting for someone to spend the rest of his life with! 🥰 When we say brilliant we really mean it. Alphie is wildly smart and eager to please. We're bringing Alphie into rescue from one of our local NY partner shelters in order to find this gem of a dog the perfect home. His only caveat is that he is looking for a home without other dogs and we'd love to find a great FOSTER home for him to land in so someone can learn first-hand, commitment-free, what the fuss is al about!

He has worked hard in the training program at the Adoption Center where he's been and has learned TONS of commands! ✨To mention a few… Alphie knows how to:
👉 sit
👉 heel
👉 look
👉 down
👉 stay
👉 leave it
👉 wait at doorways
👉 ring a bell with his nose
👉 step on a target with his two front feet
👉 place (go to his bed and stay) and even
👉 middle, which is to go between your legs and look up at you!

If you say “Alphie, come!” he will stop on a dime and return directly to you! See, we told you he was a smarty pants!

✨ Alphie is an exuberant, happy boy who fills up every space he enters with fun-loving, zesty energy. He’s quick on his feet and super agile. This boy wants to go, go, go! He can’t get enough of fetch games and truly thrives being outside in the elements. Rain, shine or snow, Alphie is the best version of himself when his exercise and enrichment needs are met. The lucky household who comes to adopt or foster Alphie will instantly be drawn into his irresistible play bubble day after day!

While Alphie is an athletic dog, he does have an excellent chill button. After a walk or romp in the yard, Alphie will totally take advantage of the opportunity to relax. You will almost always find him laying at someone’s feet or right by their chair. Alphie may even pop his two front feet on your lap for some extra pets! This affectionate boy is always seeking connection and wants to be near!

DEBUT 📸🐾 NEW FOSTER PICS! Our fosters have come through AGAIN with new batches of pics and we're here on this snowy evening updating listings again! 😁

We've got a few male GSD puppies not spoken for yet with approved apps and ready for adoption this weekend, a few left from the Great Pyrenees litter (1 long coat, 2 shorter!), the Mixy Mix random adorable litter (yes those are littermates in the 2nd pic! lol), and some new pics of our longer resident Queenie cheesing it for the camera, new one of Anya the shy young husky mix, and little Yoshi the small breed mix puppy coming in last!

Looking for someone(s) to take 2 groups of 2 or 4 until next weekend. Also looking for straight adopters for after next weekend! But take a few and get to know their personalities for a week so you can pick your pup based on personality and not just looks!

Adorable FREDDY is looking for a home with a fenced-in yard and another pup to play with, because we've learned he's got lots and lots of energy to burn off!

He's a handsome, friendly 2 year old small Cavalier Spaniel who's fully vetted and just 18 lbs! He likes people and gets along with all of the dogs and cats he's met so far, as well. He's an energetic pup, but also likes to snuggle.

He's gotten lots of interest but we've just updated his listing because we really feel he needs a fenced in yard (most of our dogs don't) and a playmate in the home!

🥰🐾 Our fosters are GREAT SPORTS! They put up with our constant begging for updated pics of their dogs so we can find the right pictures to capture the right person's attention at the right time to make a match! 😁 A dog can be awesome but someone has to NOTICE him or her first!

UPDATE - adopted together!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

CLOAK & DAGGER - These two *little* pups would LOVE to go to a foster and then forever home TOGETHER 💕, but we have found it is EXTREMELY difficult to place 2 dogs together and we want to give them their best shot at the home they deserve.

They're both small in the 30 lbs range and connected at the hip as you can see. Sweet, friendly, fully vetted, and definitely take comfort from each other. Maybe you know of someone who would love a two-pack of adorable lap dogs? They look to be young adults, and would make a great addition to someone's home. Even a foster offer would help keep them together for now.

🐾❄️ CLIFFORD and HAGRID - young boys who LOVE their walks with volunteers but need someone to give them some more work on leash-walking, plus they're still waiting for their very own forever homes! Or even a new foster, as they're currently with one who'd like to reduce the number of fosters she has so she can give more one on one attention to each. Plus a new foster can help us get some more better pics of them and more information for their bios to help match them up with the perfect home!

🙂 Both of these guys are friendly, active pups and Hagrid gets along with other dogs, people, and school-aged kids. (Clifford has done better with females dogs who are chill than males) Hagrid is still a puppy (~ 8 months) so has some extra energy but will make someone a nice dog once he gets in his home and some consistency and work. Just imagine Hagrid, the light one, all bathed and groomed - he'll be gorgeous; and Clifford is a lower maintenance buddy who is just ready to go and needs no primping at all! Both are in the 50-60 lbs range and Hagrid should be close to done growing, and looks to maybe have some doodle in him. Both are fully vetted, except Hagrid is getting neutered next week which is included in this adoption fee even if adopted before then.

All 2-3 months old and ready to find their perfect homes! Fosters all working on housetraining, crate-training, and basic commands - all are playful and then love to snuggle once they tucker themselves out. 🥰
