Just a little about my business and some reminders…I’m a private/ express grooming which means I groom one dog at a time from start to finish. I’ve had clients say their dogs were stress at a corporate salons because to many other dogs were around. They get distractions from other dogs. I totally understand because I’ve worked a corporate salon before. This is another reason for you to pick up on time. I don’t start the next dog until your dog has left and sometimes it puts me behind.

🛑 Your pet must be picked up 30mins after I call you, After that there will be $15 fee added to your pets services
🛑 If your are 15 mins late to your appointment it will be canceled and you must reschedule
🛑 If your pet is matted it will be a $20 fee added to your pets services
