The winter is always slow with adoptions, which means we are packed with animals and low on funds and supplies. These are the pictures you don’t see when we post our dogs. These are the realities some of them are rescued from before joining our shelter family.
Meet our ‘T’ litter! Tori, Tessa, and Tilly were found in these conditions by our partners in TN. Despite having a rough start to life, they are the goofiest group of sisters who love people and will smother you in puppy kisses.🥰 These girls are so ready to have a real home with a warm bed and family to love them. They are all very sweet and playful and absolutely deserve families to love and spoil them!
🐶Bulldog/American Staffy mixes
🎂4 months old, currently weigh 20-25 lbs
😊Dog, cat, kid friendly
✅UTD on vaccines and microchipped. They will be spayed ASAP

‼️Tilly will be going for eye surgery tomorrow. After a visit to the vet, she was diagnosed with entropion, a condition where the eyelid rolls inward, causing the eyelashes and other debris to rub against the cornea. This can cause permanent damage to the eye if left untreated. We will be posting a GoFundMe to help offset the cost of her surgery‼️

📸Pictures like these can trigger so many emotions and judgements, we get it! We know it’s easy to feel disgusted with the human who allowed this to happen. The most important thing to keep in mind is that other humans intervened and now these pups are safe and warm with full bellies and a roof over their heads. The owner did not agree to surrender their mom, whose name we learned is Cookie, but did agree to let the rescue take her to be spayed. This is a HUGE plus for Cookie, who now will never have to go through having another litter again. We know that may not be the ideal outcome most expect, but rescues do as much as they (legally) can for the animals and the owners, and it’s not a time for judgements and negative comments. There are still good people left in this world, and we are all trying our best! So PLEASE share to help our ‘T’ puppies find their new homes! 🙏🏡

🐶Snickers is a 15-20 lb, 3 month old, mixed breed. We estimate he will be a medium-large dog when fully grown. Snickers is on a 24/7 sugar high and ready to play at any moment!

🐶Brownie Ann is a 25 lb, 3 month old, mixed breed. We estimate she will be a medium-large size. She is super sweet and those ears are irresistible!

This handsome boy is a mixed breed, 5 months old, and just around 20 lbs. We estimate he will be a medium size when full grown.🦮 He is very sweet and charming and would be a wonderful companion to anyone looking to adopt their next best friend! He loves playing and then chilling on the couch with his bestie, Lisa. He would make a great hiking buddy with cuddles to follow afterwards.🥰 What breed of bagel do you think he is?🤔
