Good morning!! We are happy to introduce, to our pampered paws family, our newest groomer in the salon. Kayla is going on her third year of grooming and does incredible work. She is building her clientele base and has openings throughout the last bit of August and September. Good morning! We hope everyone is staying safe and warm! I (Mariah) just wanted to share some of my grooms with you guys. From big and small to long or short hair, I love them all!
Vicky and I got our grooming certifications together almost 7 years ago. We’ve worked together off and on through the last 7 years but always seem to gravitate back to each other. We both share a passion for grooming and absolutely adore our clients!! 😍😍

Hey guys! The girls and I at Pampered Paws grooming AND boarding are wanting to put together a donation box for the local food banks. As much as we can come up with. If you guys have any extras in your pantries that you’d be willing to donate we would greatly appreciate it. Before we drop of the donations we will match however much has been donated by you guys. We’d like to try and do this over the next few months, especially leading up to the holidays. I’ve seen the capability that our community has to come together and support each other and we want you guys to be a part of that with us.
I looked into the most beneficial items to be donated and what I found was:
Any and all canned foods
Pastas (wheat or regular)
Rice (brown or white)
Instant potatoes
Instant sides
Peanut butter
Pancake and biscuit mix
If I learn of other things I will update this.

Just a reminder! The meet and greet and farewell gathering is today from 2:00-6:00 at the Wetlands Park, next to Smith’s in Rock Springs! Come meet your new groomers, Holly & Jenny, and the new owner, Brenda! We hope to see you all there! We will be having cake also!

The last day that Lori and I will be working is next Tuesday the 17th. 😢 We will still be available by phone and messenger to support the transition for a while. It will take time to get everything running smooth. Thank you all for your patience!

Hi everyone! We have some important updates to share with you all! Please read carefully!

We have set our departure dates to leave for Alaska. Ally is leaving May 21st and Lori will be leaving May 28th.

We will be having a meet and greet and farewell gathering May 14th from 2:00 to 6:00. More details will come.

We have been trying to find more groomers to come work in the shop for months and haven’t been successful. Holly cannot possibly keep up with all of the customers. We will continue looking and the new owner is also on the look out. With that being said, some of you may have to go to another grooming shop temporarily until we can get some help in here. Over the next week or so Lori and I will be going thru the schedule and letting people know if they need to go elsewhere for a few appointments. We certainly do not want anyone to go anywhere else and this is very hard for us to do, but Holly can’t take the full load of the shop. We hope you understand and will come back to the shop once it gets fully employed. We will also have some recommendations for groomers you can go to.

We have no doubt that the shop will get groomers in here, for whatever reason it’s not happening the way we want it to. Brenda, the new owner, is very dedicated to making the shop successful. She will do everything in her power to make sure you all have a place to go.

I will post more information for the gathering in the next week or so! We hope everyone is having a wonderful spring! See you all soon!

Good Morning! Big news! Our new name is Pampered Paws Grooming! We now have a new owner! Our new owner is Brenda Baker. She owns Pampered Paws Boarding. She is very excited for this new venture! She will not be grooming right away but eventually she will be. She is very passionate about dogs and loves working with them! You will all have a chance to meet her when we do our meet and greet, hopefully soon. We are still trying to find another groomer or two to work in here with Holly. We won’t be doing the meet and greet until we do find somebody so everyone has an opportunity to meet everyone. This is going to be a fun and exciting adventure! Hi everyone! We are going to start our transition to the new owner. We have a lot to do so everything goes smoothly. Once we get everything lined out we will be doing a meet and greet open house kind of a thing. But that won’t be for a few weeks to a month. We are not leaving yet, I just want you all to be aware of what is happening.

We are looking for another full time experienced groomer. If you know anyone that you think would be interested, send them our way. We will be interviewing and making sure we have the right person for the job.

Happy New Year! We hope you all had a very blessed and happy holiday season!

Just to keep everyone updated, we have sold the business. We are just waiting on everything to be finalized so we can move forward with things. As soon as everything goes thru we will get another one or two groomers in here with Holly. Our doors will stay open! There will be some changes as things progress. There will be price adjustments to keep up with the competitive pricing in the area. We haven’t raised prices in many, many years and it’s overdue, especially with the increased cost of supplies. We will let you know as your appointments approach as to what your new price will be. We will try to keep everyone on the same schedule as they are used to but there may be some adjustments with the new groomers.

As always, we will try to keep everyone updated with progress. It’s not going to be overnight and we will hopefully have an open house to make sure everyone has an opportunity to meet the new owner and groomers.

We haven’t taken new customers in quite a while but now we are going to build up our clientele for the newbies. We are offering $5 referral discounts. For every person you refer to us that makes and keeps an appointment, you AND the new person will get $5 off! if you refer 5 people and they all come in you could have $25 off your next services!
