Dear cherished clients,

Tommy and Kevin want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for the incredible journey we've shared over the past five years. This chapter of our lives has been truly remarkable, and we feel immensely proud of the business we've built together from the ground up. Starting with in-home grooming, we ventured into an area of Sussex County that had never seen such services before. Our efforts have connected us with clients throughout North Jersey, which has been an honor.

We'll always remember the challenges we've faced, like the day we had an engine failure in a brand new car after just a year and a half and 150,000 miles—an experience that ultimately signaled it was time for us to find our first salon location. That location in Rockaway has been a special place for us, and now, as we pass the torch to our wonderful salon manager, Shay, we feel a mix of excitement and nostalgia.

As we transition to Hello Fresh Paws to be closer to our children and their schools, we want to extend our deepest appreciation for your support. We are genuinely thrilled to see how Shay will continue the dream we started, and we have full confidence that she will make Rockaway a wonderful place for all of you.

Once everything is finalized with Shay, we will officially close Goodbye Stinky Paws. We encourage all our Sussex County clients to follow the Hello Fresh Paws page for updates and more information.

We have some absolutely thrilling news to share with all of you wonderful pet lovers out there!

We are positively ecstatic to announce that Shay, our very own talented groomer whom many of you already know and adore, will be taking the reins at this location and transforming it into her own fabulous space!!! Since September, Shay has been running the salon solo and doing a spectacularly kick-ass job at it. We are confident that she will make this transition not only seamless but also delightful for all of you.

Attention Stinky Paws clients!!!

Starting next Saturday, I will be staying late for those would like evening appointments.

Additionally, during the months of November and December, I will be opening on Sundays as well. That’s right, I will be here 6 days a week to pamper your pups for the holidays.

Please note that any appointments made within 2 weeks of Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day will receive an invoice for a 50% non refundable deposit.

When booking an appointment at our salon, please remember that we have two locations: one in Rockaway and another in Franklin. When making your appointment online, be sure to select the correct location - either our Good-Bye Stinky Paws salon or our Hello Fresh Paws salon. After selecting the location, you will be prompted to enter your phone number. If you are a new client, our software will send you a one-time passcode for verification. You will then be asked to provide your information and your dog's information, including first and last name, phone number, dog's name, breed, and weight. Next, you can choose the day and time that works best for you from our available schedule. Finally, you can select whether you are looking for a bath spa or a full-service groom, both of which include additional add-ons such as nail trims, nail grinding, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, a**l gland expression, and de-shedding. Once you submit your appointment, we will send you reminder text messages as the appointment date approaches. We look forward to seeing you and your furry friend!

This hits very close to home as we have family members in the south being affected by this hurricane.

Hey everyone! Get ready for an amazing event at 75 Route 23, Franklin, New Jersey! Join us at 1 o’clock for our ribbon-cutting ceremony and show your support and love. Our doors are opening for the open house tomorrow, and we're thrilled to announce that we'll be taking clients starting Monday! The response has been incredible, and our first couple of days are completely booked out. We can't wait for you to see our top-notch facility, specially designed to make your pups feel like they're on a staycation at a grooming salon. We've created a VIP lounge in our home just for our clients, complete with a recliner couchs, workstations, and a state-of-the-art coffee machine that can make any style coffee at your fingertips. Plus, we have a kitchen area filled with snacks and a full refrigerator with perfect refreshments. We're beyond grateful for everyone who has supported Good-Bye Stinky Paws and helped make our dream of not just one, but two locations, a reality! Thank you all - we can't wait to see you there!

We will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday this week. Our salon manager is dealing with a family emergency. Anyone who wanted Shay only for their dog grooms the appointments will need to be rescheduled. As of now she will be out this coming week. If any clients would like to come to our other location in Franklin we can make that happen for you so we keep your pups on a regular schedule. Thank you everyone for understanding.
