TikTok stars, Daisy Mae and her little sister Bruce would like to know if you'll be their Valentine.

They love island hopping around Penobscot Bay. Daisy isn’t much of a swimmer, but she does enjoy a nice ankle wade and a game of skip the rock. Bruce, on the other hand, can’t get enough of the water; from dock jumping to blowing bubbles in tide pools. These spoiled doodles are living their best Maine lives. They are shown here, wearing their life jackets like the good girls that they are, showing off their skills as first mates, err dogs, on Moon Dog, an excursion vessel operated by one of their people, Jonathan Laurence, out of Rockport Harbor.

The World Champion Boatyard Dog Trials this year will not be live at the Maine Boat & Home Show on the Rockland waterfront Aug. 13-15. Instead a World Champion will be chosen by voters at the show from the popular Boatyard Dog column of Maine Boats, Homes & Harbors magazine. Vote for one of these featured dogs at the MBH&H kiosk (Tent B).You can also read about them on this page. The winner will receive a doggy bag of goodies, and MBH&H will make a contribution to the Pope Memorial Humane Society in the winner’s name. See you at the Show!
