Welcome to Paws for Nature, an alternative and holistic product store.
We chose to start Paws for Nature because we want humans and pet owners alike to take control of their health and become educated and aware of preventative and alternative medicine and other natural healing modalities.
Right now, patients and pet owners alike are dependent and imprisoned in a costly medical system model that often exploits people who are ill and treats the human body (and animal body) as merely a machine. This medical model perpetuates illness, and only treats the symptoms and consequences of illness, not the root cause.
We aim to treat common ailments for you and your pets by creating natural organic products such as salves, tinctures and other herbal remedies. We also aim to provide education on preventative health such as holistic and naturopathic integrative medicine and how to make herbal products yourself!!
A small proceed of the Paws for Nature wound salve will be donated to Paws2Freedom, in honor of Veterans with PTSD who need service dogs to help them get through life! 4Paws2Freedom is a special a non-profit that trains service dogs for veterans with PTSD and Disabilities! Veterans get free service to have their dog of their own choosing to be trained to become a helper and a guide for them which allows a veteran some comfort and peace of mind during their struggles of daily life.
We also plan to donate another small percentage to other service dog organizations who train service dogs for people with mobility disabilities, such as paraplegia and other disabilities, like the CEO and Owner of Paws for Nature herself!
