Today Diesel came to visit. He is a magnificent Chesapeake Bay retriever. He earned himself an A+ for being such a great boy! Diesel is lucky enough to have a kitty cat at home to play with😸♥️👏 thank you for visiting Diesel. I look forward to seeing you many many times.

Stay cool my furry friends

Brachycephalic dogs, which have short, flat noses and elongated skulls (like Bulldogs, Pugs, and Shih Tzus), are at risk of heat-related issues because their anatomy makes it harder for them to cool down. They have less efficient respiratory systems and struggle with effective panting, which is their primary method of heat dissipation. In hot weather, they are more susceptible to overheating, heatstroke, and respiratory distress. To keep them safe, it's best to avoid walks during hot weather and ensure they stay cool with plenty of water and shade.

Never mind the Mets I’m a big fan of you Midge!! if you’re like me, you have a hairdresser that you see regularly and that person probably knows more about you than your own family. The same thing holds true when I groom a dog, they tell me everything! This little girl named Midge wouldn’t stop bragging about what a wonderful family and a loving mommy she has. While in the tub getting scrubblubbled She was such a special little baby, she didn’t even have to tell me all the wonderful D-tails,I could tell when bathing her that mommy does this at home in a slow, gentle, loving manner. Yeah, I know you think I’m crazy 🤪 crazy about dogs. This little girl is truly so special. Thank you for bringing Midge today. I’d loved her.
