“Listen” to your dog. When your pup refuses to take another step on a walk, it could be a sign that she's not feeling well. Heat could also be a factor. If your dog refuses to walk, take them home. In hot weather, limit time out to shorter stretches.

One of our Longtime clients “Boo” was remembered on the Special Operations Force K9 Memorial page. Boo was adopted from their training program and enjoyed a long life as a beloved family pet. Boo was a high-energy dog who enjoyed structured hour-long walks with the Dogon Fitness team. We will miss her.

Friends, some of you will remember our “Seven”, it is with a sad heart that we pass this news to you:

“Today I am writing to say our beloved Boo passed away on 28 January 2024, exactly 13 years to the day when we picked her up in North Carolina. She was two months shy of her 14th birthday and passed on her own terms, in my arms.
I still feel her next to me as I am sure I always will.”

RIP Sweet Boo❤️🙏🏻
