I always have one favorite pumpkin each growing season and this season it’s the variety called “Flat Stacker”. These white pumpkins grow very flat but very wide, perfect for stacking other colorful pumpkins on top. Who doesn’t like stacked pumpkins?! We will have lots of these available at Rockwall Farmers Market September 21st 😍 Come see us!

It’s time to start thinking about Spring flowers! There are so many beautiful flowers we can grow here in North Texas if we plant in the Fall for early Spring blooms! Nature is amazing! Pumpkin leaves form canopies to protect the pumpkins from the sun. When pumpkins are ready to harvest the leaves begin to die back just in time. We love watching their growth cycle!
The first pumpkin of the season is here! This will be a porcelain doll pumpkin, a new variety for us. It is pale pink and will weigh around 20 pounds. Perfect texture and color for your pumpkin display! We are growing 15 different varieties this year and can’t wait to see them all!
